The Government of India, through the Ministry of Agriculture and Farmers’ Welfare, launched the Viksit Krishi Sankalp Abhiyan (VKSA) as a flagship initiative under the broader Viksit Bharat @2047 vision. Under VKSA2025, an intensive nation-wide farmer outreach program was conducted during May 29 - June 12, 2025. The campaign was focused on bridging the gap between science and rural communities by ensuring the last-mile delivery of agricultural and fisheries schemes, promoting innovation, and supporting inclusive development.
